Chess Club

What do we do at the Chess Club?

The Rhino Recreation Center hosts the AJ Chess Club. It is open to all kids, of all ages and abilities. It is held every Saturday morning from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. It is located at Fatman’s Pizza, the address is 2430 W Apache Trail in Apache Junction. We provide the boards and pieces, clocks, and mentoring.

The ultimate GOAL IS TO FORM A TEAM AND GO TO COMPETITIONS. 

We host two tournaments every year for Apache Junction. The first tournament is in April and the second is held in November.
